📋 Description

• Onboard licensors to Spotify's rights management systems for scalable onboarding.
• Investigate and resolve partner questions on rights data, claims, and platform.
• Own conflict management workflows to align data and support dispute resolution.
• Maintain partner tools and processes, including onboarding workflows, issues, and rollouts.
• Monitor third-party data transfers to ensure reliable operations.
• Manage licensor and market configurations, ensuring governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in music publishing, rights management, licensing ops, or related field.
• Onboarded external partners and built relationships across markets.
• Navigate technical systems and investigate data/workflow/config issues to solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments solving operational challenges.
• Well organized, adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environment.
