📋 Description

• Lead Detection & Response and Threat Intelligence across North America.
• Mature detection and incident response capabilities; improve coverage and workflows.
• Define and track operational metrics; use data to improve performance.
• Lead incident response for high-severity events; serve as Incident Commander.
• Partner with Security Engineering, Infra, Product Security, and Safety to scale defenses.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to boost analyst productivity and speed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security ops, IR, detection engineering, threat intel, or related.
• 4+ years leading security engineering/ops teams including hiring and coaching.
• Experience building and scaling detection/response programs with metrics.
• Experience leading high-severity incidents with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong technical foundation in cloud, endpoint security, identity systems, SIEM, EDR.
• Experience applying automation or AI to improve security operations.
