Collaborate cross-functionally on projects across Harry’s and Flamingo products.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
5+ years growth marketing, hands-on, executing ad campaigns
Intensely data-driven with deep data analysis
Motivated to learn, test, and take calculated risks
Experience with complex omni-channel attribution models
