Manager, Proposition Strategy

📋 Description

• Develop new proposition opportunities and evolve existing subscription tiers, grounding
• Own the full journey from initial hypothesis to executive recommendation, including opportunity
• Build and stress-test business cases that account for Spotify’s licensing structure, local market
• Identify and quantify potential cannibalization across existing tiers and revenue streams
• Partner closely with Finance, Product, Legal, Strategy, and Market teams to challenge assumptions
• Monitor competitive, consumer, and macroeconomic developments to identify opportunities and risks

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in product strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business
• You are comfortable building and owning complex financial models, including unit economics, margin
• You understand the dynamics of high-growth consumer markets and have experience working across
• You can translate complex commercial trade-offs into clear, compelling narratives for senior
• You work effectively across functions and levels, building alignment while constructively
• You balance analytical rigor with sound judgment and are comfortable moving between detailed
