🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading SRE or software teams in cloud-native envs
• 8+ years total industry experience
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, Terraform; containers, Kubernetes, microservices, databases
• Go or Python proficiency; building production-grade tools and automation
• Data-driven with blameless culture and strong problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication for high-pressure incidents
