Manager, Technical Project Management

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee customer deployments from initiation to go-live
• Manage high-visibility projects; mentor and support project managers
• Own executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop, manage, and improve project plans and pilots
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, R&D, Sales, Support, external partners)
• Set expectations, schedules, and resource needs; manage risks and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience with direct people management
• 6–8+ years in full lifecycle PM in B2B SaaS or tech
• Hands-on leader who can scale teams
• Experience with Engineering, R&D, and technical teams on complex implementations
• Comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders in B2B or Command Staff in B2G/Public Safety
• Data-driven mindset with metrics and customer insights to guide decisions
