📋 Description

• Own the overall strategy, design, competitiveness, administration, and compliance of compensation
• Conduct market benchmarking, internal equity reviews, compensation modeling, and pay analysis to
• Lead annual compensation review cycles and administer Variable Compensation Plans, providing
• Direct the strategy and administration of self-funded health plans, including broker, carrier, and
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a 400+ employee remote workforce, ensuring accurate
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, employee status changes, terminations

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, total rewards, or a
• Hands-on experience managing payroll operations, including multi-state payroll processing and
• Demonstrated experience leading compensation programs, annual review cycles, benchmarking
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, FMLA, pay transparency requirements, and related employment
• Experience managing benefits administration, health plans, carrier and vendor relationships
• Direct experience with self-funded or self-insured health plans is highly relevant to the role.
