Market Expansion Manager

📋 Description

• Spend significant time, in person, in each market you launch.
• Own a market launch end to end, from the point the entry decision is made to the point the business
• Work with our legal team to manage the local regulatory and legal processes for licence expansion
• Define and execute the operationalization strategy for each market, meaning the specific decisions
• Identify and solve blockers to quick market launch.
• Coordinate and drive a 100 day plan for each market, including the workstream owners, the

🎯 Requirements

• roughly 6 to 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity operations, or an
• You can independently write high-quality formal documents, and represent Rain in high-stakes
• Can work through complexity across different workstreams (e.g., pricing, tech, legal, compliance)
• You have driven complex projects to completion, particularly when task owners don’t directly report
• You get things done quickly despite challenges, and are able to deliver a high amount of output
• You are eager to go deep into technical topics, particularly when the response is not obvious.
