📋 Description

• Full-cycle recruiting: Own Marketing's hiring goals and process, from role kickoff through offer
• Sourcing: Work with hiring managers to define what 'excellent' looks like for each role, then build
• Candidate experience: Partner closely with recruiting coordination on delivering an exceptional
• Process improvement: Refine and scale our recruiting process to move faster while keeping a high bar

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup with big headcount
• Experience hiring across marketing functions (e.g. product marketing, demand gen, growth, content
• Experience recruiting for a technical product, ideally developer tools, infrastructure, or AI
• Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for a team's hiring goals and fix what's slowing you down
• Strong organization, with the ability to run multiple searches at once
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication
