🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing tech, ops, growth, or performance marketing.
• Know CDPs, marketing automation, ad platforms, and measurement.
• Hands-on with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
• Active use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to boost productivity.
• Balance technical detail with business outcomes; clear stakeholder comms.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-moving environment.
