📋 Description

• Set up, QA, and launch A/B tests across Marketplace features
• Monitor running tests, flag issues early, and call results once they reach significance
• Keep a single source of truth for every test
• Create and manage placements, promotions, coupons, and offers across the Sezzle app
• Set up and manage cashback programs in internal admin tools
• Onboard new online stores into the marketplace and activate their store domains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, experimentation, or product analytics
• Highly organized; can run many tests and workstreams at once
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and dashboards, able to read A/B test results
• Comfortable in fast-changing environment
