📋 Description

• Set up, QA, and launch A/B tests across Marketplace features. Make sure targeting, variants, and
• Monitor running tests, flag issues early, and call results once they reach significance.
• Keep a single source of truth for every test: what's live, who sees it, and what we learned.
• Create and manage placements, promotions, coupons, and offers across the Sezzle app.
• Set up and manage cashback programs in our internal admin tools.
• Onboard new online stores into the marketplace and activate their store domains, so more stores are

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, experimentation, or product analytics.
• Highly organized. You can run many tests and workstreams at once without anything slipping.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, with teammates across the business and external
• Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with SQL and dashboards, and able to read A/B test results
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift.
