Partner closely with the Buying team to build and execute annual strategies and Open-to-Buy (OTB)
Analyse weekly departmental performance and leverage key trading levers to drive revenue
Own Dept WSSI Budget and forecast
Strategically manage intake and stock flow to hit revenue and stock turn targets
Work collaboratively with other functions to drive multi-channel revenue
Own the end-of-season markdown process for your department

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience at a Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser level
Proven experience owning area of business and managing WSSI
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Self-motivated and autonomous
Strong analytical and commercial capabilities
Highly proactive and accountable
