• Owner role for customer outcomes within strategic accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management
• Experience shipping automations, workflows, or AI-enabled tools
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems
• Strong communication with technical and senior stakeholders
• Full ownership mindset in fast-changing environments
• Ability to obtain CJIS compliance and security standards
