NICU Nurse - Home Care (LPN or RN)

📋 Description

• Delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home
• Acting as an extension of a hospital care team
• Providing extensive training to the family and ongoing care team
• Helping infants and young children transition from hospital to home
• Caring for patients one-on-one

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• At least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
• NICU or infant-young pediatric home care trach/vent experience required
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
