• Hold a license (or be license eligible) to practice Occupational or Physical Therapy in the State
• Completed a Level II fieldwork placement or outpatient rotation in hand therapy OR equivalent
• If transitioning from another practice area, demonstrate a commitment to hand therapy through
• Are excited about working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with the support of a
• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degree
• License to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of New York
