Operations Analyst (Finance)

📋 Description

• Manage payroll execution across LATAM and US systems, including contractor payments and payroll
• Oversee employee expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursement processes.
• Support monthly financial close activities through journal entries, account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate, complete, and reconciled financial data across relevant systems.
• Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and operational issues, identifying root causes and ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, business operations, or a
• Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, financial reconciliations, and monthly
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience using SQL and/or business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, and analyses for leadership audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of comfort working with financial data.
