Operator III (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Support daily production plans by understanding output goals, staffing needs, quality requirements
• Monitor assigned work areas, identify bottlenecks or downtime, and take appropriate action to keep
• Follow manufacturing procedures and understand when to initiate or support NCMRs, escalations, and
• Support EWO execution by communicating approved instructions, confirming the team follows the
• Provide operators with clear direction, coaching, and timely feedback while reinforcing safety
• Communicate professionally with operators, technicians, engineers, and L5/L4 Leads to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience with a strong understanding of floor procedures, quality
• Experience providing work direction, training, coaching, or support to teammates; prior leadership
• Working knowledge of production goals, basic performance metrics, NCMR processes, escalation paths
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; able to recognize
