Operator IV (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Translate daily production plans and quarterly goals into clear priorities, staffing plans, and
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and process gaps, and proactively address
• Demonstrate working knowledge of NCMR procedures, escalation processes, and EWO execution
• Coordinate EWO execution and communicate process requirements with the team, ensuring approved
• Coach and hold L3 Leads and operators accountable for performance, safety, quality, communication
• Communicate candidly and professionally with technicians, engineers, supervisors, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Strong manufacturing experience with broad understanding of production floor needs, staffing
• Relevant manufacturing certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of NCMR procedures, escalation processes, EWO execution, and cross-functional
• Strong judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through; able to work independently
• Demonstrates Axon Values through ownership, candor, collaboration, high standards, forward
