Operator IV (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day oversight and planning of manufacturing operations.
• Guide operators on critical production processes and perform/monitor complex operations.
• Complete routine validation protocols and support safety initiatives as a designated safety
• Inspect operator deliverables and maintain detailed documentation of yield and defect metrics.
• Serve as a communication bridge between operators and manufacturing management.
• Execute production plans to meet targets and collaborate with management on resource scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, equivalent, or relevant practical work experience.
• Proven track record in production processes, quality control, and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery, gauges, and tools.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills across cross-functional
• Ability to perform essential physical duties of the role, including standing for extended shifts
