📋 Description

Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments
Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become their go-to Oracle expert
Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality
Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance
Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong functional expertise in: Core HR, Talent, HR Helpdesk
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical Oracle solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (minimum three years UK residency)
