Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Perform outpatient therapy evaluations in order to develop a plan of care for patients in
• Professionally operate at top of licensure utilizing current research-based approaches to care in
• Work closely with home health therapy partners to appropriately transition care from home health to
• Educate the client, family and community caregivers on the care plans created for clients in order
• Perform evaluations, treatments and proper discharge planning for clients utilizing outpatient EMR

🎯 Requirements

• A current Maryland Occupational Therapist license
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills
