Paid Media Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands as the strategic lead on their paid media
• Run a high-touch onboarding process to set up long-term partnerships
• Build cross-channel plans across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels tied
• Lead business reviews that tell the real story in the data and provide clear next steps
• Work with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery, diagnose performance, and adjust campaigns
• Find and close expansion opportunities through thoughtful upsells

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in account management or client strategy at an ad agency, ad tech company, or media
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (personally built, managed, or directed
• Experience managing client budgets across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them
• Ability to take performance data, find what's driving results, and present clear recommendations to
• Experience with franchise or multi-location brands (nice-to-have)
