Paid Revenue Manager

📋 Description

• Manage accounting for Spotify's Paid Revenue streams (Premium, Partner, Other).
• Ensure accurate, timely IFRS/SOX-compliant financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close: journals, reconciliations, variance analysis.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and drive scalable process changes.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements from proposal to implementation.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering on new revenue initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years accounting experience, preferably SaaS/digital commerce.
• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA/CA a plus.
• Big 4 and industry accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite; strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in data/reporting tools; SQL and AI preferred.
• Clear communication across teams and time zones.
