Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician

📋 Description

• Repair dents to a high retail cosmetic standard using traditional rod work, glue pulling, and
• Repair a variety of damage including door dings, body lines, sharp dents, and hail damage
• Assess incoming damage and determine whether it is suitable for PDR or should be referred to body
• Remove and reinstall trim, liners, and hardware to access factory openings
• Perform repairs through existing factory access points such as window apertures, plug holes, and
• Use glue pulling techniques where traditional tool access is limited

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional Paintless Dent Repair experience
• Demonstrated experience repairing door dents, body lines, and sharp dents
• Strong traditional rod work and glue pulling skills
• Strong understanding and ability to assess damage for repairability
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
