Partner Development Manager

📋 Description

• Support a major publisher migration in waves as partners transition to impact.com—ensure each wave
• Be the key contact for migrating publishers during their transition, answering questions about the
• Ensure every contract and relationship that moves over transfers successfully; track progress
• Work with technical teams on any technical implementations or integrations submitted by publishers
• Monitor advertiser and publisher satisfaction throughout the migration; proactively address
• Coordinate with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure publishers feel

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the performance marketing industry with an in-depth understanding of affiliate
• Understanding of different payment models
• Strong communication skills with publishers, partners, and internal team members at all levels
• Persuasive and able to command respect through expertise and knowledge of products and business
• Data-driven with ability to measure program effectiveness and use data to improve processes and
• Effective prioritization based on activities that deliver the best results for publishers
