📋 Description

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales process, leading technical
• Understand customer goals, technical environments and product requirements to design scalable
• Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Become a trusted advisor to engineering teams, product leaders and technical decision makers.
• Remain accountable for the integrity of the technical solution throughout implementation
• Advise customers on best practices around integrations, scalability, reliability and user

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer, Customer
• Enjoys working directly with customers to understand complex technical challenges and design
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, integrations and modern software
• Ability to investigate complex integration behavior and significant technical risks while
• Capable of confidently communicating with software engineers, product managers and senior technical
• Balances technical excellence with commercial awareness, understanding how technology helps
