Partner Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute business and revenue growth strategies for a portfolio of Premium Subscription and
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Subscriptions Growth, Product, Marketing, Merchandising
• Serve as the primary partner lead, building strong relationships through regular interactions and
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of key Premium Subscription growth levers and develop a working
• Leverage analytics and insights to assess partner health, uncover optimization opportunities, and
• Improve and scale partner operations by identifying opportunities for additional efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience at a technology or media company with a strong track record of
• Deep understanding of the U.S. streaming landscape and the content ecosystem
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data to drive decisions and influence
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
