Partner Solutions Architect (GSI) - AMER East

📋 Description

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner tech teams.
• Support partner tech initiatives: demos, proofs of value, workshops.
• Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog and drive resolution.
• Analyze partner services; recommend better adoption of Datadog features.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding in IT development and/or operations.
• Typically 10–15 years in customer/partner-facing technical roles.
• Self-starter with business acumen; articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Experience in two+ areas: Observability, Cloud, Containers, Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD.
