Partnerships Development Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Microsoft enablement program end to end (AEs, industry advisors, solution architects
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to build enablement content — pitch decks, battlecards
• Run enablement workshops, training sessions, and office hours so partner teams can speak
• Work directly with Microsoft alliance managers, partner development managers, and field leadership
• Equip Causaly sales, CS, and solutions teams to co-sell effectively with Microsoft — product
• Build onboarding and certification paths for partner sellers and for Causaly hires working the

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in partnership/channel enablement, alliances, partner solutions consulting, or partner GTM
• Hands-on experience enabling or co-selling with Microsoft — familiarity with the Microsoft field
• Strong understanding of life sciences and pharmaceutical workflows
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex scientific
• Experience creating enablement content and running training programs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
