📋 Description

  • Drive outbound prospecting to source new referral partners (80% time)
  • Respond to and qualify inbound partner inquiries from multiple sources
  • Identify and source strategic partners across accounting and advisory firms
  • Build and maintain a partner pipeline using Salesforce and tooling
  • Nurture onboarded partners through early activation
  • Re-engage dormant partners to reignite referrals

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in inside sales or partnerships (B2B SaaS/fintech preferred)
  • Proven outbound prospecting and meeting activity targets
  • Strong phone presence and written communication; high-volume outreach
  • CRM tools experience (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline hygiene
  • FinTech, SaaS, or accounting software experience advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
