Payroll Analyst (LATAM)

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll delivery across assigned LATAM markets - from input collection
• Gather, review, and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, salary changes, bonuses, leave
• Review payroll calculations and outputs, investigate discrepancies, complete reconciliations, and
• Maintain payroll calendars, checklists, trackers, calculation logic, validation rules, SOPs, and
• Coordinate with local payroll providers and in-country experts to ensure country-specific payroll
• Support statutory payroll obligations across assigned countries, including government-mandated

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst or in payroll operations, payroll processing, payroll
• Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll inputs
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and statutory requirements in at least one LATAM market
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate payroll issues and
• Ability to manage multi-country payroll workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements across
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
