Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll across U.S. payrolls.
• Own payroll administration: hires, terminations, promotions, bonuses, equity.
• Review and approve payroll inputs and reconciliations.
• Escalate payroll issues; drive root-cause resolutions.
• Improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance on system enhancements and upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive payroll experience, including experience leading payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll, taxes, wage/hour laws, and payroll accounting.
• Demonstrated experience leading payroll process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Experience with integrated HRIS payroll (Rippling, ADP, Dayforce, UKG, or similar).
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
