Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing for employees and contractors across
• Oversee payroll operations across international regions, including India and the UK, working with
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings, withholdings, registrations, wage reporting, and
• Reconcile payroll liabilities, including taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other deductions, in
• Partner with Accounting to reconcile payroll journal entries and ensure labor expenses are
• Maintain accurate employee compensation, deductions, benefits, and payroll-related data in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• Experience supporting payroll operations across North America, with EMEA and/or APAC exposure
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll tax laws, regulatory requirements, wage reporting, and
• Experience with multi-currency payroll and foreign exchange considerations.
• Familiarity with UK and/or India payroll regulations is advantageous.
