• You manage accurate and timely payroll processing, with a focus on the Benelux markets (Belgium
• You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal
• You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll
• You support the preparation of payroll reports, audits, and documentation for compliance
• You serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and HR teams
• You assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing

🎯 Requirements

• You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processes and legislation (experience with
• You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Celergo, Workday)
• You are highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation
• You confidently manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure
• You are fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
