• Proven experience as an People Business Partner, with experience operating across more than one APJ
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HR best practices, with working awareness of
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and competing priorities across markets and time zones with limited
• Experience guiding leaders and employees through organisational change
