Own and evolve onboarding experience
Drive execution of performance review cycles
Manage engagement survey delivery and communications
Own management of HR tech stack, currently centered around Rippling PEO
Build and manage workflows for tracking people changes (promotions, role changes, offboarding)
Lead management of benefits programs through our PEO

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, and program management
Demonstrated success in designing and executing structured processes and programs
Strong project management skills, capable of running multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end
Experience owning HR systems and tools, with comfort managing workflows and automations
Experience with Rippling highly preferred
Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
