📋 Description

• Advise senior executives on complex business and organizational challenges
• Build people strategies that connect talent, organizational capabilities and business priorities
• Shape organizational design and workforce planning
• Drive high-performance culture through talent assessments, performance calibration, succession
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership and manage change
• Lead organizational changes and joint initiatives with People COEs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 6+ years as an HRBP partnering with senior executives
• Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, performance management and change
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and earn trust through sound judgment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems independently
• Strong ownership and follow-through
• Ability to turn people data into clear recommendations
