• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA — bringing an

• Lead org design and transformation work, helping leaders make thoughtful decisions around
• Guide teams through periods of growth and change, bringing structure and clarity to complex
• Identify gaps between the needs of our international business and our existing People programs —
• Navigate complex international People matters with strong judgment, knowing when to solve

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, including significant time as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple countries or regions
• Exposure to country-specific employment nuances across the UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU — with the
• Credibility and confidence as a strategic advisor to senior executives — able to challenge
• Business judgment that connects talent and organizational decisions directly to business outcomes
• Project management experience bringing partners together from ambiguity through implementation
