๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy visits to clients in their homes throughout Burlington County.
  • Partner with an experienced and supportive Physical Therapist to provide individualized care.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical
  • Implement individualized plans of care, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance
  • Help clients improve or maintain strength, mobility, safety, and functional independence.
  • Monitor client progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Current New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
  • Graduate of a PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), or meet
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Home health experience preferred, but not required.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with EMR preferred.
