Plasma Sampling Team Leader

📋 Description

• Provide operational leadership, technical oversight, and facility support activities for Plasma
• Lead and coordinate a team of Plasma Sampling Technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective
• Provide technical guidance, workforce planning, training, coaching, and performance support to team
• Act as a key liaison between Eurofins PSS and the client, proactively communicating operational
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, inspection readiness
• Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, service delivery, and team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, blood products, plasma processing
• Previous leadership, supervisory, training, or team coordination experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately while maintaining
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP, GDP, quality systems, deviation investigations, CAPAs, change
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
