• Proactively monitor the platform to identify fraud risks and trends.
• Conduct end-to-end investigations into fraud incidents and assess impact.
• Investigate identity fraud, account compromise, payments, scams, and misuse.
• Analyse customer behaviour and platform activity to identify fraud patterns.
• Recommend actions to minimise customer harm and reduce risk.
• Develop recommendations to strengthen platform fraud-prevention capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience investigating fraud within a digital platform or similar environment.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills to identify patterns and assess risk.
• Experience identifying emerging fraud trends and practical prevention recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear investigation reports.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across operational and technical teams.
• Knowledge of fraud typologies (identity fraud, account compromise, payments).
