📋 Description

• Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of Snowflake's customer advocacy programs, including
• Lead billboard strategy and activation, identifying customer stories through creative development
• Develop and execute Snowflake's LA28 customer activation strategy, designing differentiated
• Lead engagement and strategic programming for the Black Diamond Council, Snowflake's
• Translate Black Diamond Council insights into actionable recommendations that inform Snowflake's
• Oversee Alpine Club strategy, planning, and execution, recognizing and elevating Snowflake's most

• A customer-obsessed mindset with an instinct for the stories and experiences that move markets -
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, including CIOs, CDOs, and
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the role customer marketing and advocacy play
• Deep experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder advocacy programs, executive programs, or
