Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Own purchase order issuance and management for finished goods, spare parts, tooling, select raw
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Identify supplier risk and drive resolution of shortages, delivery issues, invoice discrepancies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, finance, and product teams
• Support supplier vetting and onboarding, including commercial and technical evaluation of new
• Maintain accuracy of pricing, lead times, and terms across 2 programs, 12 product lines, 30+

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles in a high volume, high
• Working technical knowledge for common commodities within mechatronic systems; including but not
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and design/document change control processes
• Strong analytical skills: ability to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable
• Experience working within an ERP system for PO management and inventory transactions (NetSuite
