Producer, Massage Content

📋 Description

• Create, refine, and deploy the bodywork content that powers our robot fleet
• Refine and upgrade existing massage content to improve quality, comfort, and effectiveness for all
• Review performance data and user feedback surveys to identify high-impact areas for improvement
• Investigate and document system interruptions that impact the user experience
• Catalog and maintain Aescape’s internal library of massages and techniques
• Conduct hands-on testing and research validation of new massage techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years producing and editing content across DAWs or other software editing tools (Adobe, Avid
• 3+ years managing post-production assets, footage, libraries, and archives
• Strong physical intuition; background in massage, anatomy, physiology, bodywork, or fitness (e.g.
• Empathy for and genuine curiosity about the end-user experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail on repetitive tasks
• Strong communication skills, with proven ability to drive and deliver production timelines
