📋 Description

• Act as primary legal counsel for designated product verticals (at least two), providing end-to-end
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of product documentation, user terms, and commercial
• Provide clear, business-oriented legal advice on product structuring, innovation, and regulatory
• Collaborate with product managers, business leads, compliance, and risk teams to anticipate legal
• Enhance the quality and consistency of legal documentation, ensuring enforceability and alignment
• Support global and regional legal projects, including responding to legal and regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials, admitted in a leading common law or civil law
• 6-10 years’ post-qualification experience in financial services, technology, or a top-tier law
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex financial or technology product terms
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets (experience with ADGM/FSRA, ESMA
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives in a fast-paced
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially
