Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design agent-facing features end to end: Partner with product, engineering, and the Lead Product
• Design for the next action: Help agents see, across a pipeline of live deals, what needs to happen
• Prototype using AI tools: Build working flows in Claude, Codex, or Cursor while guiding structure
• Learn directly from agents: Sit in on listening sessions and then run your own conversations and
• Bring work into Figma: Translate validated concepts and workflows into Figma for production
• Keep the default path simple for agents and customers while the complexity of a real estate

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years designing digital products
• Interest in internal tools, B2B, or other workflow-heavy systems
• Active use of tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor in your design workflow
• A portfolio that shows strong customer empathy, clear product thinking, and craft, including how
• Curiosity about how design decisions show up in the data, and willingness to look at the data
• You take feedback well, ask questions early, and are comfortable saying when you are stuck
