Product Designer II, Metrics

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design from framing to shipped Metrics experience
• Surface AI-powered discovery and agentic governance for customers
• Partner with engineering and product to translate complex tech into simple UX
• Use research and data to validate design decisions and iterate on feedback
• Communicate design work and decisions to the product team
• Contribute to design quality and systems thinking within Metrics team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio with end-to-end design grounded in user data
• Excellent visual and written communication
• Experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
• Systems thinking and scalable workflow design
• Strong collaboration and feedback skills
