📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for auction optimisation across Prebid and GAM, with clear
• Manage the end-to-end optimisation uplift loop. Frame hypotheses with Data Science, design
• Study the market, business and customers to be the subject matter expert who translates business
• Make bidder configuration, identity, floors, timeouts, and layouts improvements coherent and
• Evaluate demand, identity, and measurement partners through structured trials with explicit success
• Communicate priorities, risks, and results transparently to executives and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of revenue-bearing products
• Hands-on experience with publisher monetisation systems: Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs/DSPs, and
• Demonstrated, measurable impact on monetisation, reliability, latency, or comparable core metrics.
• Fluent with data analysis. Able for analysis in SQL/Google Sheets/Excel to support decisions.
• You can explain a publisher's auction journey from first principles, with all the potential layers
• You routinely turn analytics into the next experiment: defining the right metrics and guardrails
