Product Manager (HR Technology) Intern

📋 Description

• Own a product initiative from discovery to launch, including build vs. buy analysis, workflow
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, and vendor teams to define requirements, gather user feedback, and
• Drive the evaluation and piloting of generative AI agents for HR teams, defining success metrics
• Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions using our HRIS
• Analyze product metrics and user data to measure impact, inform decisions, and communicate results

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability, such as structuring ambiguous problems into
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g.
• Proven ability to manage a project from start to finish, including defining scope, tracking
• History of proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions, such as surfacing process
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
